Welcome Letter
Welcome to red Bank Bucs ayf/ayc
Dear Red Bank Bucs AYF Families,
Welcome to the 2026 season of Bucs Football!! We are still riding high on an amazing 2025 season and
are looking forward to even better 2026! Here is what to expect:
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Red Bank AYF works hard to provide a safe and enjoyable athletic experience, under the guidance of
trained volunteer coaches. In ensuring your child’s safety, we work to have the majority, if not all of our
coaches CPR/AED/FIRST AID certified and will have a trainer present at all of our home games. Athletes
will learn the basics of their respective sport (football or cheer) as well as skills to allow them to grow
from year to year. The program does not have tryouts or cuts and everyone will get playing time in
games.
TEAM SIDELINE
TEAM SIDELINE (TS) is our primary communication tool for the season. Please be sure to download the
Team Sideline app and enable notifications. Enabling notifications is important to ensure any last minute
changes to practices and games is received. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CHILDS AVAILABILITY ON A REGULAR
BASIS, this will help coaches to plan practices/set line ups accordingly.
EMAIL/TEXT MESSAGES
Emails will be sent from TS to communicate, please be sure that all family member email addresses you
would like included are in your child’s profile. Any questions or concerns can be emailed to
register.redbankayf@gmail.com. Text messages will be used sparingly, and only in the event that
parents/athletes can not be reached via Team Sideline
SOCIAL MEDIA
Please be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram @redbankayfayc. We encourage everyone to tag
us in their posts, share any posts that are put up. We do our best to keep our social media pages
flowing, and love to share what our athletes are up to

parents and assist with the team book. If you are interested, please reach out to Dana Soden at

VOLUNTEERS
Our program would not be able to function without the ongoing support of our parents. There are many
opportunities to volunteer throughout the season, please be sure to keep an eye out on emails and
signup for whatever you can! Our largest need is our snack bar, all athletes will be required to have a
parent fulfill a designated shift during home games and practices. We are in serios need parents to work

SPONSORSHIP
If you or your business would like to join our list of amazing sponsors, please reach out!
SCHOLARSHIP
In 2021 we started the Mark Williams Scholarship Fund to provide financial assistance to families in need. Funds are limited and are given out on a rolling basis, so families and participants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. We make every effort to provide partial and full scholorships to every family in need. If your family has received assistance in the past, the AYF will prioritize your family to receive support for future programs, but you must reapply for assistance each year.
The form can be found under the Download menu of our website.
Thank you so much for joining us for another amazing season in BUC NATION!!
GO BUCS!!
